Feeling cold all the time

I am the type who always feels the cold more especially in the winter months.

Sitting at home I always have the heating turned on and even at times find myself sitting next to a electric heaters or the radiators.

When going out to family or friends or I always find I am really cold sometimes leaving my coat on. Sometimes I feel a bit rude also like I am implying that their house is cold, could be the case sometimes though other times I know it is definetly just me.

Would you find it offensive for someone to leave their coat on in your house and for those who get cold how do you cope?

I have Hashimoto's too. Vitamin D a big issue and I take supplements all the time and in sunny weather am straight onto the patio for my dose of sun.
Flossieturner- DH saw heated wraps while baxk, Id never heard of them or seen one. Think I'll suggest one for Christmas. My legs feel the cold.

lesleyberry have you tried M & S thermal "long johns" they do (did) some that are like thin leggings but I find them very warm - wear them under smart black trousers in Winter (trousers are quite thin). I have just returned from trip to see DM & found her house rather cold although looking at thermostat it was actually 20C - could have done with thick cardigan tchhmm normally I'm quite warm tchgrin
