Not real ??? You cut me to the core.

If you prick us do we not bleed?
If you tickle us do we not laugh?
If you poison us do we not die?
And if you wrong us shall we not revenge?

Are any of us real ?

Bellanonna Wed 03-Aug-16 09:08:48

Chains on lavatories, gob stoppers, only hardbacks in bookshops, except for a few orange and white, or green and white penguins, so we bought few books

How about 'flying saucers' with sherbet in?

Bellanonna Wed 03-Aug-16 22:37:39

Also flying saucers but I'd swear there is far less sherbet in them

Terry`s Neapolitans, they were my favourite boxed chocs.

Pigglywiggly Sat 06-Aug-16 07:17:44

Or Nealopitans as we call them. I think it might have come from a sketch with June Whitfield.

BBbevan Sat 06-Aug-16 07:57:13

The green stripe in Neapolitan ice cream.

gettingonabit Sat 06-Aug-16 08:56:54

The barrel-shaped Milk Tray choc with green stuff in.

GandTea Sat 06-Aug-16 12:34:14

Knitted swim wear --- could it make a com back ?

Ana Sat 06-Aug-16 12:38:44

Glad someone else remembers that green stripe in Neapolitan ice cream, no one else I know seems to! It wasn't mint-flavoured, it had a strange taste but I liked it.

LullyDully Sat 06-Aug-16 12:43:57

Going to the shops for raspberry ripple.after dinner because we had no freezer. [ Mr Kindle.prefers raspberry dribble.....]

pensionpat Sat 06-Aug-16 13:13:23

Bra-slips. Ana the green ice cream was pistachio flavour.

Ana Sat 06-Aug-16 13:21:10

Was it? A bit exotic for those days - perhaps that's why they discontinued it!

numberplease Sat 06-Aug-16 17:15:27

I also remember the green stripe in Neapolitan ice cream, but nobody else I mentioned it to remembered it.
