Suggestions for cheering up grumpy old sods I mean husbands

I suggest Morris Dancing. Send them off to the nearest group. Manhandle them there if necessary. I saw some today and they all looked as though they were thoroughly enjoying themselves. And they wear very pretty hats.

Mine grumps to an Olympic standard.....I just ignore him and do my own thing. He'll come out of it in his own time.

I love Morris Dancing it always makes me smile a lot!! I have often told DH I would like him to do it - he has the look- bearded ex hippy that kind of thing but he doesn't fancy it. Bowls cheers him up, golf does the opposite. His thing is old Radio 4 comedy programmes - Goons etc etc.
