Aah.....that makes a lot of sense Luckygirl, thanks so much for info.I import the pic and the text just disappears. I've given up for this evening but will get onto it first thing. Thanks.

The clip art may simply be too large and has kicked the rest of the text onto a second page. Try clicking on the clip art and reducing the size of the box that appears. Or some pieces of clip art have an invisible white box around them that overlays existing text - again you need to reduce the size of the imported clip art.

I've been fighting with my laptop trying to create a decent programme for the panto. I'm ok with basics but I've been working in a table trying to import clip art which then knocks the previous text out. Where's a dd when you need one? Almost there now and rounded off the evening by ordering the pyrotechnics for the show. Tomorrow is village Xmas Fayre and panto group have created a very pretty grotto for Santa and his elves. Only hope Santa doesn't get paged-he's a firefighter! 42 Xmas lighting features were put up on the lighting columns today so we're almost there with most of the village preps. Another 10 days and I can start Xmas shopping!
