My DD and SIL are flying off for a well deserved holiday tomorrow, I wish they weren't!! My Mum was quite superstitious and would never change the calendar from 12th to 14th. I seem to be getting more like her every year. wink

It's just another day. Results, good or bad things will not happen just because of a certain number.

Luckygirl hope all goes well for you.

It's not the travelling - it's the significance of the results of the scan that I would rather not discuss on Friday 13th!

Aww lg. It will be fine. An hour is a right bugger bummer any day though. hmm

I've a hair appointment and not a superstitious bone in my body so there will be no cancelling, not from my end anyway. smile

Well not unless this gale force wind fells a tree and blocks my path! grin

Rub your heads on a black cat before you go anywhere, and good luck will follow you ( as well as a quantity of fur on your hair and a flea or two.) grin

I wonder how many people, if any, do cancel or postpone appointments?

And that is the day I have to travel an hour or so to go and see a neurologist about the results of my brain scan - what a day to pick!

Oh - don't worry kitty. It will soon come and soon be over with. You will be fine. Never exactly enjoyable though.

I was just thinking about that! Wondering whether to actually go out at all. But as I have been cooped up indoors today, watching Xmas puds boiling, I shall throw caution to the four winds and go anyway.

Good luck with the dentist.

Well I've got a mammogram! Eeek!,

petitpois Thu 12-Nov-15 15:28:24

so I have defiantly booked a dentist appointment. What could possibly go wrong?
