What the heck do you buy for DH for Christmas?

I'm with you Teetime. I like getting presents!

He normally has a list on Amazon so the family is clear as to what he wants. I always buy a (cheap) joke item so there is a surprise!

In the hope that this will get back to DW - a mobile guitar amplifier.

Christmas with DH is always a nightmare! He only reads books he can get on his Kobo because it's convenient. He doesn't watch films or enjoy very much television and anyway he's got stacks of stuff downloaded on the computer. He rarely leaves the house except for hospital appointments. Presents usually end up being polo shirts, socks, and boxes of chocolates (So good for a diabetic!) His father was pretty much the same. And DS and DD will soon be asking me what they should buy him !!!

If DH won't give you a clue, just buy him something expensive that you want. When he asks what he wants it for, tell him that it will save him having to buy you a present next birthday.

Last year I got DH a fleecy dressing gown and he was very pleased with it. This year he wants a gas barbecue! He may have to wait until the sales start.
