I'm going through a rough patch at the moment and the bu****s on the radio have just played Ground control to Major Tom and Luther Van Dross Dance with my father And I'm a wreck. Why do they do this? They're only pop songs from another life time. Any one else have this problem?

PC Sharon Beshenivsky was murdered 10 years ago, in Bradford, when she answered a call to attend an armed robbery. At her funeral in the city's cathedral they played her and her husband's favourite song, Shania Twain's "Still the one".

Every time I hear it it moves me to tears remembering that sad occasion and that brave Police Officer just doing her duty. She should have been going home to her little girl's 4th birthday party that afternoon. And it's a great song.

Bring him home from Les Mis does it for me. I know it's about safety but it has another significance for me and I can't bear to hear it anymore.

I have watched the George Harrison tribute concert many times and am always moved to tears by Joe Brown's rendition of 'I'll See You In My Dreams'

Such a simple little ditty, such a lovely ending.
