I'm from wiltshire and gave up gardening after moving into smaller house.
I loved ny garden, but it was too much for me to keep up. I do have a teeny tiny bit that is perfect. Weeding takes five minutes. All herbs ..

Rained all morning here in Liverpool, brightening up a bit. Not much on the agenda today. Had to make dental appointment, think I have broken a tooth. How much will that cost? I know she will say it will have to be crowned and when I say I can't afford it she will just fill it. I worked for a dentist in the 70's and he always just carried out the bog standard NHS treatment unless the patient asked for private treatment, dentists aren't satisfied with their NHS salaries anymore and don't make the options clear.

Raining in south east Cornwall. It is forecast to be sunny later when we will be on Plymouth Hoe for DS2's graduation ceremony. He was a 'mature' student but got there in the end and we are very proud of him.

A grey overcast start here, with rain forecast. Just waiting for the blokes to arrive to start replacing the conservatory roof panels which were too short. The new ones have been delivered and the plasterer has been to see what's what. He says he'll come back next week! Why do these things always take three times longer than than the salesman says? It used to be only twice as long!

It's grey with outbreaks of rain in Tynedale. I am trying hard not to do very much today. I have been to work this morning and fatigue had caught up with me. I am going to try for a nap. Wish me luck!

Good morning from Colchester. After a lovely sunny weekend it's a duller Monday with rain forecast. Shopping, ironing and hoovering today-such a glamorous life!

Trouble posting on here at the moment, hope this works. We have a bright but not sunny morning here on the south coast, rain is forecast, but we shall wait and see. Because of the fine weather we have had I now have a pile of ironing to get through, so enjoy your days.
