I have agreed to wear a monitor for a week, Biobank, so I am going to have to shift my bum or it will register me as a couch potato.

In Tynedale we have grey skies, mist and light drizzle. It is much cooler than yesterday. I am glad I did the washing, and it dried beautifully on the line. I suppose I ought to iron it today, but I have very little inclination.

Lovely sunshine here again in south Manchester. Off to the hairdressers this morning and choir this evening. In between, I need to finish packing as on Wednesday I am down to London for my usual childcare days, then over to my friends on Sunday and on Monday we fly over to the States for a wonderful holiday touring the National Parks. I have been saving up for this for what seems an eternity - 2 years anyway - and I am so excited. This really is the trip of a lifetime for me. I won't be home until early October.

I actually finished the two pairs of dungarees for my GD yesterday, and altered a little skirt for her. Just waiting for a delivery of no-sew press studs to add to the dungarees. I've never used them before so I hope they work OK.
So today I'm going to make a start on some crochet edged fleece blankets.

Good morning all. A clear and sunny morning here after a very nice day yesterday but once again the heating came on at 6:30 , was very warm yesterday once the haze cleared.
I got home at 9:15 after my eye injection which is not something I would want every week!!

An overcast and cool start here in N. Bucks.

Off to a sewing day with friends today so, will be indoors whatever the weather.

Good morning from a grey skied Colchester. Looks like another middling sort of day. I braved cleaning a teenage boy's bedroom after the long Summer holiday yesterday so I think I deserve some fresh air today.
