Roseq, I think you know that vampire has her own problems with officialdom as told frequently on different threads. She is unlikely to mean all in officialdom. I certainly did not take her to mean those in my family who work for the council. I think you are probably quite safe.

AnniEbach It's sad that we still need those things, and probably always will. But I do think this latest suggestion would start to put women back into the weaker sex category. And then, how long before women are back under men's thumbs? Not good, I honk.

Silly me jingle, I see that now sorry , I don't object to it as long as it's the woman's choice, I am concerned some men with brains below their waist will think if a woman chooses not to travel in a woman's only area she is begging for it. I think she lost a lot of weight having been diagnosed with diabetes; sometimes losing weight fairly quickly can make people look what DA used to call 'drawn'.
