[I have copied this from mumsnet]

What is your favourite colour?

soontobe Fri 11-Sept-15 14:58:53

I play crazy golf about once a year.

I dont remember my first bucket and spade.

I have started a new thread.

ninathenana Fri 11-Sept-15 14:51:14

grin no, never had the opportunity.

DH and I have just played crazy golf. Do you play ? Even you serious golfers.

Bellanonna Fri 11-Sept-15 14:47:00

Answer's probably no, as I like almost anything but sci fi and fantasy.

Have you ever been " naughty" out of doors ? blush

soontobe Fri 11-Sept-15 10:17:44

Mainly on a casual basis. I like having breakfast outdoors. A nice way to start the day.

Do you like a particular genre of books?

Falconbird Fri 11-Sept-15 10:05:50

Because I am a magnet to all biting insects I don't like eating out now but used to love it. Food tastes better outside.

Do you remember your first bucket and spade?

Mine had an imprint of a starfish on the base. I lived in Weymouth until I was 5 and went back for many summer holidays.

Bellanonna Fri 11-Sept-15 09:28:50

Crumpets, and I love them

Have you often eaten outdoors this summer, whether garden or picnic ?

Falconbird Fri 11-Sept-15 09:16:08

Don't have one now but my biggest garden was lovely. Can't remember the measurements.

Do you call crumpets - crumpets or pikelets or something else? I mean the round things with holes in. They are called pikelets here in the W. Country but I always call them crumpets which is what they are called in Dorset.

ninathenana Fri 11-Sept-15 08:48:29

Posted too soon....

If you have one, how big is your garden?

ninathenana Fri 11-Sept-15 08:47:04

Not by design but by chance it's mostly red, pink, white and shades of purple.

shysal Fri 11-Sept-15 08:27:22

Jumping up to clear the table the moment we finish eating a family meal.

Do you have a colour scheme in your garden?

ninathenana Thu 10-Sept-15 23:52:40

I did as a teen but not since, wish I had.

What is your most annoying habit ? According to others.

Falconbird Thu 10-Sept-15 19:00:30

I don't know how old my washing machine is because it came with the flat but it looks quite new. My longest washing machine lasted 10 years.

Do you keep a diary?

ninathenana Thu 10-Sept-15 17:45:24

Any type of pasta dish.

How long have you had your washing machine ?
(assuming you have one) mines just died after 10+yrs

shysal Thu 10-Sept-15 17:04:02

Most days. Anything sad or happy in the news sets me off!

What would be your last ever meal?

soontobe Thu 10-Sept-15 14:04:31

No. Cant get into them.

Do you cry very often?

soontobe Thu 10-Sept-15 13:57:27

Similar answer to ninathenana. Sorry, hadnt refreshed the page recently enough.

I am currently eating an ice lolly.

If someone wants to start another thread, part 2, feel free.

Do you ever use a carpet cleaner to deep clean them?

Juliette Thu 10-Sept-15 13:54:58

The last thing I ate was a ham and tomato sandwich.

No carpet cleaner, no carpet!

Do you play on line games?

soontobe Thu 10-Sept-15 13:48:21

Probably 23. Probably my most carefree year, but I wouldnt want the same year over and over if you see what I mean.

Do you ever use a carpet cleaner?

ninathenana Thu 10-Sept-15 13:36:42

25, happily married, no children and having a ball. (wouldn't wish my DC away)

What's the last thing you ate ?

Falconbird Thu 10-Sept-15 11:26:02

Either is fine but hotels probably the best.

What age would you like to be again?

Bellanonna Thu 10-Sept-15 10:29:34

I have an electric oven and gas hob. I prefer to see the gas as feel I can control it better. Always have a problem with all- electric holiday homes

Do you prefer hotels or self- catering for holidays? Or something else?

Falconbird Thu 10-Sept-15 10:10:31

No question grannylyn65 - so I'll ask one.

Do you prefer a gas or an electric oven?

grannylyn65 Wed 09-Sept-15 19:29:15

Yes when I was 16 !!!

Bellanonna Wed 09-Sept-15 10:23:32

No, I'd be terrified

Have you ever skinny dipped ? ( We did once in a remote cove. It was lovely !!)

ninathenana Wed 09-Sept-15 06:48:27

Yes, we went to the Canaries when DH retired. We loved it.

Have you ever been in a helicopter, did you enjoy the ride ?
