I think I might post something on Gransnet and then I think, no…why bother. There are intelligent, informed and aware posters and there are, frankly ignorant, stupid and on-another-planet posters and I just think, don't bother absent, just don't bother.

*greenfinch" you're right, but it's partly because we don't know the whole picture, that (for me anyway) the light-hearted threads are the ones that lend themselves mostly to this sort of thing (forum chat).

Having said that, I'm glad of many issues I've been ignorant about and learnt about on the treasure trove that is "Gran*d*snet".
