Is it all happening at last then?
At least 2 GN grandbabies have arrived while we have been waiting for Kate.
So come on Mildred or Wayne.

All together, puuuush tcrangry

The inane questions are beyond belief, if they can't ask something meaningful they the reporters should shut up!
Personally I find the 'royal' reporters syncopated and generally sprouting utter drivel (especially one of them from the BBC)

They are probably syncopated, loopylou, their cheesey grins are just like those swimmers! But might I hazard a guess that your predictive keyboard didn't recognise sycophantic?? tcrsmile

You're absolutely right Soutra!
My spelling skills aren't exactly top notch smile
Thank you

Best wishes to them all. I do feel a bit for the correspondents who have to keep waffling outside the hospital waiting for something to happen. Nick Whitchell seemed very 'tongue in cheek' earlier as if he had plenty of things he would rather be doing.
I thought I just heard one of them say the news had been brought to Buckingham Palace by a golden eagle. (Must get my ears checked.)

I have a feeling that Princess Anne's full name is Anne Elizabeth Alice Louise.

Katek Sat 02-May-15 15:28:52

It is, daffydil.

grin rubysong, that's lovely!
I think it referred to the golden easel upon which the proclamation of a Royal birth is posted.

Congratulations to W and K, a lovely wee girl, and to every other new parent today. Can't help but think about Diana missing out on what us Grans have had the joy to experience. Could not help but give a thought also for the nurse who felt she had to take her life ( when George was born ) after inadvertently giving information out to the two Australian broadcasters.

I love the pics of little George in the news today smile

He looks like a nice little boy.

My GS2, who is a few months older than George, looks like an angel, elegran, but....! grin

Wouldn't a golden eagle have been great Loopylou. We commoners have to make do with a stork.

The royal baby here at last, those people who have been waiting all week, camping out must be glad.I heard the news just an hour ago, and haven't been subjected to all the gubbins about it as we have been out for the day ( our wedding anniversary).I am not a royalist, but still pleased the baby has arrived and is healthy of course.smile

My GS2 looks even more angelic than George thatbags especially when he's throwing his shoes across the room when I'm trying to get them on his feet hmm
