I have sinusitis at the moment, and found myself singing

Sinus is Golden, and
Sinusitis You've been Gone.

Then I remembered Frankie Laine's Ibuleve. grin
and how a few months ago I was only

'Twenty-four Hours from Ulcers'.

And more recently it's been a case of

'Oh, Ce-coeliac'.

So, what's your song? Stayin' Alive (just)?
