Feeling happy for my daughter

DD2 has had a successful interview today for a job! She worked for four + years after uni then had her 2 DDs . She did some p/t work last year and is doing some supply work now but after 8 years as a f/t mum she will be working f/t in a permanent position. So pleased for her!

My DD is, as she often tells me, a world leader in her field. But she has continued her career through financial necessity and would really much rather be at home playing with the children. Failing that she would like to move down to Cornwall and make pots - but that's not going to happen either!
