I am two thirds of the way through a Duvet Day - a swim, shower etc. this morning, a practically naked lunch in the garden with DH, a sleep this afternoon, and a browse through the papers before knocking up a salad which we'll have for supper while watching Henry V. This constitutes a duvet day for me (no make-up, no proper dressing, no real cooking). Part of me loves slobbing about for a bit but the other part disapproves strongly. So how often should we have Duvet Days - if at all?
