Not only do I remember my dreams quite often. I also talk in my sleep from time to time – although nothing like as much as I talk when I'm awake. I've done it since I was a young child. My favourite was when apparently I sat bolt upright in bed and announced very firmly, "I will not have cats being unpunctual for their meals" and promptly lay down again. I have also described in detail a number of animals that I don't own, including Rowan, the mare, the Big Black He Horse whose name I can only remember when I'm asleep, and Alphabet the Pig. There's also a duck, but you musn't feed him because he'll sink. I have answered questions on Who Wants to be a Millionaire up to about £500,00 before falling into a deeper sleep and given an incredibly tedious lecture on odd-toed and even-toed ungulates.I probably have a much more interesting life when I'm asleep than when I'm awake.
