Supplements/Lotions for saggy arms and Neck?

I've recently lost over 2 stone on weight loss injections.
However, the down side is I now have very saggy arms and neck.
Of course there's a whole host of ads telling you a hundred different products which would help.
A much more reliable source of help is the knowledgeable ladies of GN.
Can anyone recommend a product which has worked for them?
Many thanks.

Congratulations on losing weight!
I don’t know any creams that actually work, though I’d love to believe the bee venom really would.
The only thing I’ve found works for saggy arms is an Aquafit type class, followed by showering, then massaging moisturiser into your skin (to combat the chlorine).
I’ll be watching to see if GNs have any other tried and tested resources.

Well done on the weight loss. So this must be skin that has stretched and now needs tightening up and I guess the only thing that would do that is exercise, though a general moisturiser would help soften the areas I’m sure.

That’s me. Just under my chin is starting to crinkle, a bit like an overused rubber band after loosing two stone. I wondered if I put the weight back on will my chin go smoother again.
Plumper, or neck like a deflated ballon 🤔

I’ve heard needling? Is supposed to be good for loose skin.
Idea is to slightly damage the skin so that when it starts to repair itself, it builds new collagen.

Yes I won’t wear anything short, especially vest tops. Not a good look with baggy arms.

I can't see supplements or lotions doing any good, exercise sounds the thing to try, firm muscles, tightens your arms, take your time it will happen for you,you have done amazing already ,there's never a quick fix in a bottle regardless of how they promote it

I don’t think anything other than surgery can get rid of surplus skin. My niece knows a woman who has recently had all the loose skin removed from her inner thighs. It cost her £11,000 but she is very pleased with it. Years ago I knew a woman who lost about 10 stone and had surgery on her arms to remove hanging flesh. That was in the days when the NHS paid for it. She was also very pleased.

Exercise will only go so far, I know as I do weights quite a bit and there's only so far you can get.

But it's essential anyway so give shape and form to your arms if you decide on surgery or just make the most of firming creams.

I'm really not sure whether you could inject enough collagen for that amount of extra skin, tbh.
