Knickers!

The M& S ones I have on (5 in pack) don't have any seams.

I like the M&S full briefs (5 pack) but mine do have a side seam.

After my bowel cancer surgery I was advised to wear knickers inside out to avoid irritation from seams.

Sloggi Basics have a back seam only and are very comfortable. They are cotton with a small amount of Lycra. They are rather expensive compared to M&S

I dont wear any knickers (or any other underwear) unless I have to go out. Just a long baggy kaftan. I dress for comfort.

I also wore my own knickers inside out.
That worked for me post surgery.

It makes sense. I have never seen seamless knickers, but I also haven't been looking for them. I now buy 5 packs from Amazon when they have a sale on. so far it has worked.

Having researched the problem, I have found it is is a question of either or, 100% cotton or seamless.

It's good advice about wearing them inside out or going commando when you can.

Your scar will probably become less sensitive over time, mine did but it took years.

I buy M&S and Sloggis. Sloggi are the Mercedes of knickers and if you have had an op would treat yourself to some. They literally feel as if you are not wearing any knickers.

Good for you, it’s healthy to go Commando whenever possible especially in Summer.

I too suggest Sloggi maxi basic they are expensive but they last so much longer than the M&S ones.

The fabric is so much more durable and so in the long run probably work out cheaper.

Inside out solves this……..I’ve got a few pairs with really annoying side seams too.

I'm with eddiecat78 and other GNs here - Sloggi are brilliant! (I've worn them for years.) There are (legitimate) websites which sells Sloggi knickers cheaper than a lot of shops and online shops. It's worth looking around.

Is the make Jockey available in the UK? If so they are seamless,very stretchy and very comfy.
