Suggestions please.

We have a trug 1.2 x 1 metre that we have had an abundance of salad crops from this year. I would like it to be productive over the winter/spring. It is a v shape with a deep central portion and shallow at the sides. Do you know of any crop we could grow over that period that would suit trug growing? Thank you.
