Duck breast

Dear all can you help please? I am planning to cook duck breasts for our Christmas Eve dinner and its not something I have cooked very often. Can you suggest a recipe please but not a sweet sauce. Thank you.

I do always serve them with a sweetish fruit sauce a la Delia but Gressingham Duck have a website where you might find a suitable recipe. Good luck.

Google 'recipes duck breasts'. It should provide a whole range of different recipes both sweet and non-sweet.
