Really good ginger cake

I love ginger cake, but am looking for your recommendations for a really good one, Not feeling up to baking at the moment, probably home made are best but there must be some good ones out there?

Thanks Jane, when I feel up to a bit of baking I shall give that recipe a go, it does sound delicious, looks it too. just now though I want to buy one, but ginger cake isn't that easy to come across other than the not very appealing Jamaican Ginger Cake sold in oblong blocks.
