Really good ginger cake

Thanks Jane, when I feel up to a bit of baking I shall give that recipe a go, it does sound delicious, looks it too. just now though I want to buy one, but ginger cake isn't that easy to come across other than the not very appealing Jamaican Ginger Cake sold in oblong blocks.

This is the nearest I have come to That One that is delicious and comes in packets.
