I am a 67 year old male who has had total hip replacement on both hips. I find now because of my inactivity I have developed a fat gut, which I would like to get rid of. So I was thinking of getting myself a cycle and doing a few miles a week. Is this a good idea? And is there anyone else with the same does the same?
