We had breakfast out today and I’ve had nothing since nor do I feel hungry. It is so Hot! Breakfast was porridge with fruit and two mini pancakes with maple syrup.

I am going to make an omelette for my husband with cheese and mushrooms because he says he’s not hungry either.

Just put together a salad but i doubt I'll eat it all, lunch was small yoghurt not hungry all day, its 36* outside but thankfully 28* in the house.

I am eating quite normally. if anything I am hungry. I had an apple and cheese for breakfast. Pasta alla Norma (noodles with aubergine, tomatoes and basil) followed by raspberries. And I, like you, plan an omelette and side salad for supper, followed by some fresh fruit.

Mid afternoon I was so hungry I made myself a half round of tomato sandwiches.

After doing the shopping this morning, I have stayed in the house this afternoon, which stays blissfully cool despite the outside being so hot.

I'm eating less too. And feel more inclined to lighter food - salad, vegetables, fish.

I've lost some weight - just a few pounds - but I wasn't trying.

However I'm not really a cake/sweets person - but it's natural in hot weather for some to want that sugar hit for energy.

The temptation for me is to eat more when it's really cool, very late, which isn't good for digestion, is it?

Wheat biscuits, blueberries and strawberries for brunch, chicken mince, mushrooms and Brocolli sauce with fresh pasta in a while. Eating normally.

I agree.
Scallops on a bed of courgetti.
Still consuming alcohol though, with plenty of water of course!

Just add ice cubes to your wine of choice

This is the first UK summer ever we've been putting red wine in the fridge! 🍷

I had a salad last night (I’m still hunting down a cherry tomato that shot off my plate and disappeared!!), but this evening, after a truly baking hot day, I fancied chilli and rice, and really enjoyed it. Pudding was a Bounty Bar!

Greek yogurt, Chia seeds and some sliced nectarine late breakfast

Peppers and tomato omelette lunch about 2.30

Salad and 2 small M&S chicken tikka kebabs dinner, who wants to cook much in this weather.

Coffees and plenty of fluids that's about it, I might have another nectarine later, I love them and they're really only available in the summer.

Not hungry here either - had a banana mid morning, then a small tin of tuna, mashed with 2 hard boiled eggs and a dash of mayo about an hour ago. I do have a small glass of SB on the go.

I done normally eat any fruit, but the odd banana has been ‘prescribed’ to try to increase my potassium levels.

Had a light supper but snacking on frozen grapes whilst watching TV.
They are a revelation!

Ate out today.

A really lovely fresh crab salad. It sort of epitomises summer for me.

GG13 I've only just really been able to eat until 9.30pm except for bits and bobs, but your meal with small portions why that sounds nice eaten outdoors as the day cools.
