Has anyone else watched this ? I’ve been bingeing this drama series , a fascinating view if you enjoy dramas based on true events , which was a nationwide American fraud .
The main character is portrayed by Amanda Seyfried who played Sophie in ‘Mama Mia ‘& ‘MM here we go again ‘ also ‘ Mean Girls ‘ plus a host of other cinema films .
You can find it on iplayer right now though was first aired in 2022 on BBC1

I binged it and thought it was excellent. I didn't see it first time around either- found it really compelling and a good insight into how business and enterprise (and lying through your teeth) is conducted in America. Ego is to blame for much is what's wrong with the world!

I watched it on Disney+ a couple of years ago and thoroughly enjoyed it. Definitely an eye opener and portrays EH as deluded and with aspirations higher than her ability. What intrigues me is did she know she was committing fraud or did she really believe in her lies?
