Morning Mick, morning all!

Glad you can at least still do the good morning thread, Mick. Can you get the missing bit back, do you need it?

I'm going to the hairdresser this morning and going a bit of shopping in town.

Enjoy your days everyone.

Gagagran Sat 12-Jan-19 07:10:17

Good Morning Mick and everyone from a mild and dark south coast. Sorry to hear about your Windows 10 problem Mick. Hope you get it sorted.

I am out and about doing errands this morning and DH is out with his bike club, back for a quick lunch then he is off to the football. (Portsmouth v. Blackpool).

Enjoy the day everyone! sunshine

Grammaretto Sat 12-Jan-19 07:18:17

Good morning Mick and all from very dark Scottish Borders.

I'm putting off getting going today. I'll be baking for a coffee morning.

Sorry to hear about your computer programmes. I hope they reappear.

BlueSapphire Sat 12-Jan-19 07:18:50

Morning all. Dry in Northampton as far as I can see.
Top up shop needed this morning in Sainsbury's.
The new yoga class was good yesterday so we may go again. Had a nice lunch out afterwards at the garden centre.
Have a nice day, all.

Morning All

In Norfolk a breezy dawn is breaking with quite a pink tinge.

Nothing planned for today yet apart from sewing up a multi-coloured stripy jumper I’ve been knitting for DGD2. I hate sewing up.

I too have pressed the wrong keys on several occasions and had to reinstall it! ( You haven’t let Cortana into your life I hope Mick. She can be very persistent.)

Good morning everyone!
It's too dark to see what it's like out at the moment here, hopefully not too chilly as need to do grocery shop, visit very elderly parents and perhaps have a coffee or even lunch out?
Hope you can resurrect your missing computer programmes Mick.

cornergran Sat 12-Jan-19 07:38:25

Morning Mick, morning All from a very dark and dampish corner of Somerset. Breakfast out when I can persuade Mr C to wake up then a stroll round Waitrose before sorting some photos. Know nothing about Windows 10 Mick other than it infuriates Mr C. Good luck! Hope Saturday is kind to everyone.

Kate63 Sat 12-Jan-19 07:38:53

Morning All from a damp 7degrees in Cheshire.
Hope you get your computer sorted Mick, nothing worse!
Off to gym this morning whilst hubby walking doggo.
Have a good day everyone

Morning Mick and All.

Hope you can get sorted Mick I too lost a whole load of emails I was keeping after a few weeks I realised I didn’t really need them.

Off to our shopping expedition in Henley which I postponed because I was a wimp and thought it too cold on Thursday.

Treasure Island Panto was so funny.

Have a good weekend folks.

Willow10 Sat 12-Jan-19 07:49:34

Good morning all. Hope you get your computer sorted Mick, very frustrating. Chilly and breezy in East Northants. Bed stripped, washing on - no plans so it looks like a pottering sort of day.

annsixty Sat 12-Jan-19 07:50:45

Good Morning all.
A wet and windy night in Stockport.
I am still in bed but have a little cat telling me it's time for breakfast.
Dora I will message you after my breakfast.

Marydoll Sat 12-Jan-19 07:56:15

Good morning Mick and all.

Sorry to hear about Windows Mick. If all else fails, the only solution may be to reinstall.

I'm Mrs Grumpy this morning. Mr MDoll , hogged the covers, tossed and turned all night and a one point landed on my very painful hand. ? The worst bit, he is showing no remorse!!!!!!

DIL is off to a hen do tonight, (which she is dreading) , so DS1 and DGD are coming for takeaway. We are so looking forward to it, as we rarely see our son on his own.

Have a good day, all.

Greyduster Sat 12-Jan-19 07:59:09

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. Mick you have my sympathy - technology trips me up at every turn! Hope you get your programmes back! Still dark in South Yorkshire, and it has been raining in the night. We are going to watch GS run cross country in the City Championships this morning. He is running early so the ground should not be too bad. Then we have to rush home as DS is coming to lunch! Have a good day, folks!

MawBroon Sat 12-Jan-19 07:59:54

Good morning all from Walthamstow. SIL2 came home from Hong Kong early (very) this morning and I could hear a little voice ordering “Daddy come downstairs play my cars NOW”! (DGS doesn’t do prepositions)
No idea of the weather - blackout blinds on the windows! Going to the Young Vic to see DD’s play The Convert this afternoon with DD3, SIL3 and sisters in law after lunch at Meson Don Felipe (diet? What diet?)
Wishing you all a pleasant Saturday.

Good morning all x

Good morning Anniebach xx

Haven’t opened the curtains yet? We are having a quiet day, popping down to local shops then just pottering in doors.

I feel your pain Mick, I am a technophobe and all my devices know it!!!!

Have a good day all ????

Brunette10 Sat 12-Jan-19 08:03:08

Good Morning to everyone. Dark and damp here in Fife today but no matter. Have decorating to complete today then a good tidy up which is a good thing. Marydoll sounds as if you had not a very good night, just toddle off back to bed smile. Hope everyone has a good day.

mumofmadboys Sat 12-Jan-19 08:08:08

Sitting in bed with cuppa. Love these slow starts to days since retirement! Has rained overnight in Cumbria

oldgaijin Sat 12-Jan-19 08:21:03

Good morning from a damp and overcast Aberdeenshire. Am meeting five former workmates this morning for coffee and a blether. One of them never stops moaning, but we all agree that we are happy that we no longer work for the NHS.
Have a great day everyone.

Mapleleaf Sat 12-Jan-19 08:37:42

Good morning everyone,
greyduster has the weather forecast spot on for here - dark and dismal.
Mick, I hope you get your computer sorted. If you get stuck, someone on the technology forum might be able to help. I'm afraid I'm not very good at that sort of thing!?
DH just got home for the weekend. He says the run wasn't too bad, just drizzly all the way up.
Got to go into town today to do a few chores and drop DH's brother off at the station.
Hope your day is a good one. ?

Nana3 Sat 12-Jan-19 08:40:20

Have a good Saturday everyone.
