This is my first post so please go easy on me.
I'm trying to lose weight. Quite a lot - about 4 stone. I lost the first stone easily but after that I've really struggled but I know this is often the case with diets and it is something I expected.
My issue is I have a friend who is in her sixties and very slender and when we meet up she constantly talks about how much she want to lose weight and hates her 'flabby' bits.
It really gets me down because I think if she thinks that about herself, then what must she think of me?! I find it so hurtful and I know it sounds extreme but I'm considering cutting her out of my life.
She knows how much I'm struggling with this, but continues every time I see her - AIBU?
