I've just had an email from a local spa confirming my appointment time as 13.35 pm in the afternoon. Nothing like making sure I know it's not in the wee small hours!

My belt and braces job was OH having a vasectomy and then just months later I needed a hysterectomy. That's that sorted then!

Us too. Caused much laughter when a very serious consultant asked me if I could be pregnant. He wasn't amused!

Happened to us as well, but OH was not amused as his vasectomy did not go well.

When I met DH I discovered he had had a Vasectomy after his S was born, he already had DD. I had been Steralised when DD was 5 years old. No worries of having a baby in my late 30s/40s grin

About five year ago I received an appointment for the anti natal clinic. I phoned them and said I wasn't pregnant. I was nearly 60. They were quite put out that I was trying to cancel the appointment.
