I love the Berrocca advert, the chameleon dancing along a branch to some Bhangra music, the best ad around at the moment.smile
Not that I buy Berrocca though.

It's a lozenge you disolve in water. Full of vitamins and other stuff supposedly good for you.

I never even think of buying Berocca but I love the advert.

Same goes for the credit check advert. Not the daft dog but the 'everything mine' cat.

I swear by it when I feel a cold coming on and (touch wood ) have only had one all winter - not lasting all winter - and it is especially nice dissolved in fizzy water!

I have never heard of Bhangra music before, it is very infectious. Love it.

How much sodium is in Berocca®?
You've been reading the Daily Heil again GrannyPiper?? They claimed there was 718mg of sodium in a berocca tablet. Below are the actual figures.

Berocca® Performance Original Berry: 287 mg (0.3 grams) sodium per tablet.
Berocca® Performance Orange: 274 mg (0.3 grams) sodium per tablet.
Berocca® Performance Mango and Orange: 273 mg (0.3 grams) sodium per tablet.
Berocca® Performance Film-coated tablets: 1.9mg (0.002 grams) sodium per tablet.
Berocca® Performance 50+ Orange: 274 mg (0.3 grams) sodium per tablet
Berocca® Performance 50+ Film-coated tablets: 8.3 mg (0.008 grams) sodium per tablet

Roses I use it regularly mainly for the B Vits. I find half a tablet does the job.
