I've got a fasting blood test this morning so I am really missing my 2 cups of pg tips, leaf tea, from a china mug, in bed watching breakfast.

Kate it has to be Yorkshire tea. Nothing else hits the spot.

settle for PG now but loved N.A.A.F.I red label.I have a china mug for tea and a pyrex one for coffee.

Tetley decaf. I also have some tea bags with licorice in which I enjoy. We love our teasmade first thing in the morning.

It's Yorkshire for me too, in a china mug. When I'm oop north with the family it's Ringtons!

Golly, grannypiper I'd forgotten about N.A.A.F.I red label; we used to have that! For me now, though I am not a big tea drinker, it's TickTock redbush. I can't drink anything else. DH has Yorkshire Tea.

Loose leaf Ceylon tea, Taylor's of Harrogate if I can get it, Waitrose own brand if I can't. Afternoon, Earl Grey ditto and at other times, Roiboos. Never have milk or sugar with any of them.

no tea for me as i don't drink it - but i'll have coffee instead. most times it's instant but now and again i'll get the filter jug out or use my tassimo.

I drink far too much tea! Having third mug of Twinings English Breakfast as I'm typing this.

I just hate a cup of tea in bed it reminds me of being in hospital .

In case anyone is worried about me - I've had my tea and some toast and marmalade now!! [gin]

Tetley's Redbush with just a little milk & I still take sweeteners. In a fine china mug please.Always 2 before I get out of bed in the morning.
Gave up black tea once we tasted this & it is actually good for you too.

A mug of black M & S strong loose leaf tea with half spoon of sugar, love it, although it plays havoc with my teeth, I'm our hygienists best customer, for getting stains removed.

Clipper Earl Grey; loose leaf if I have the time, teabags mostly if not.

Never touch the stuff. Have you seen what it does to the inside of teapots/cups.

No thanks. Have tried. Can't get past the awful aroma. Ugh! Okay, bring on the avalanche of disputers!

Yorkshire tea for me too. I agree it stains the cups and pot my uncle (an alcoholic) used to start his day with 2 cans of arger for that very reason.

I have not drunk tea for over 50 years. I prefer M&S instant coffee and I rarely drink anything else, certainly not in the morning.
