And the essential Genie appears and tells you that you can have 3 food items and one drink item, to last you for the rest of the time you are stuck here.

Leaving all practicalities aside, because this Island just so happens to have a fully equipped kitchen, what will you choose?

Me: Olive Oil, Potatoes, ice cream and Tea.

Blue Brie, crusty bread and bananas. To drink I would like ice-cold tap water from the kitchen fridge.

Potatoes, olive oil, steak, prosecco!

I'm assuming this island would have fruit and herbs! Please!

LadyGracie Sat 19-Nov-16 16:55:49

Tea, biscuits and fruit

annodomini Sat 19-Nov-16 17:10:34

Tea, cheese and Cox apples

Kittylester, as I am the genie, you may have fruit and herbs in abundance.

Jalima Sat 19-Nov-16 17:31:37

Tea, potatoes, flour and organic rapeseed oil.

Assuming that I can find fish, fruit, avocados, coconuts on the island!

ninathenana Sat 19-Nov-16 17:39:46

Pasta and cold milk

I can't think of two other food items
assuming I could find mushrooms, fish, fruit and herbs

Jalima Sat 19-Nov-16 17:41:34

The makings of some very inventive meals on here!

Greyduster Sat 19-Nov-16 17:41:59

If there are fish in the sea to catch, then I'll settle for olive oil, crusty bread, watercress and Guinness. If the seas are devoid of fish, I'd like tinned red salmon!

Jalima Sat 19-Nov-16 17:42:12

Are there any hens on this island - for eggs?
I could make pasta

A good strong cheese.

Nice tasty green salad leaves, rocket etc. None of that iceberg stuff.
(To be greedy a good chutney as well.)

A really good aged cheddar, lovely crusty bread from our local bakery and butter and with that I would be quite happy drinking water.

If there's plenty of fish, fruit and fresh herbs to be had I'd like rice, a good strong cheddar and olive oil.

wine of course because I'll make my own herbal tea.
