I think there was a thread recently about favourite music, but this is one I only heard for the first time yesterday. I watched the film, " A Song for Marion" that I had recorded some time ago, but hadn't got round to watching
DH was out for the evening, so could indulge in peace. At the end of the film, Terence Stamp sang to his (dead) wife. It was beautiful, so I googled it, and found that it is a Billy Joel song called Lullaby (to an Angel), I think. Played it and sat here with teary eyes, when I should be writing my cards!
Today the High Court has agreed that children can be given puberty blockers.
Odd - weird and wonderful - almost unbelievable - or is it just me?
Cookery books and other books - are you keeping them ?
