Morning all.
Dry here too,not too cold yet but set to change at the weekend I believe.
As you say NINA Mick probably had other things to do.
Anyway happy day to everyone.

Good morning nina and all.

I must confess to feeling deprived when GN was missing this morning.

Blue sky half an hour ago and now it's grey and raining. I am spending the day cooking for the freezer for when the snow arrives!!

Dark, dreary and drizzly here. Had a better night last night, think the bugs are finally surrendering to the onslaught of medication smile.
However, I'm not about to push my luck, so I've cancelled lunch out with friends today. Will see if I'm up to the breakfast meeting tomorrow with another group - fingers crossed.
Have a good Friday everyone.

Good morning from chilly Colchester. Must admit I was late logging on this morning so missed the missing GN.
Time to get the winter clothes on and off for a walk before it rains or snows!!

Grey and miserable in NW London but not cold. That will change this evening I believe and I would not be surprised if I have to switch on the heating tomorrow during the day as T is going to drop around 10C. The ground is too warm for the snow to lie but there are many more months of winter.

Brilliant sunshine here in South Yorkshire. May get a walk in; if not, it's a baking day.

Morning All

High grey cloud here, but at least it's dry.

Now leaving to go to a friend's funeral. He died when he overbalanced from from a kitchen stool banging his head on the York stone floor. Such a simple thing. Such a shame.

Huh! Spoke too soon - sunshine exit stage left!

We (bravely and optimistically) went to the allotment to weed the asparagus beds ready for the winter manure. We were rained off after half an hour so it's feet up and tea instead.
