I thought the forecast was sunny for here today. Perhaps the grey blanket will lift later.

Girding up our loins for a bit of a tussle this morning - our new neighbours are havin a new fence put up today and there's likely to be a bit of 'discussions' as to where exactly it's to go!

Good morning from a bright, dry chilly Colchester. Got home from a lovely warm weekend in Granada at midnight.
Three days away and there is a mountain of laundry and post to deal with. Where does it all come from?

Morning all! It's another sunny start although it's definitely chilly and the windows were a bit steamed up.
Shopping and a bit of ironing is on the menu, so I'm still in my pjs eating toasted brioche!

It has brightened up since earlier and now looks promising here in mid Essex - pale blue sky and thin clouds. We had a lovely day yesterday so fingers crossed it will be the same today.

Unexpectedly sunny here in South Wales. Not very warm though, I haven't been outside yet but the heating has turned itself on so it must be cold.

Late clocking on again! Lovely sunny day here, washing about to go out. Our little house guest is being collected any minute - we've had Flo, a Jack Russell, since Saturday morning as her family had to go to a funeral some distance away. Sweet little thing and, of course, we'll miss her.
DD arriving any minute as well, I think. Chaos could be about to descend

Good morning everyone, just!
Sorry for the late check in. Hudl expired during the night and needed a lot of coaxing to revive. Cloudy with sunny intervals in Tynedale. All the ironing completed, phew!! All is now ready for my DH to go and visit the family in Argyll. He is spending from Tuesday to Friday with them as it is half term week. I am remaining at home to look after the dog. My turn to visit in November.
