My apologies in advance - I am not a grandparent, I have popped over from Mumsnet for a little advice.
My husband and I have two beautiful daughters (3 and 3 months) and three years ago we moved to Mid Wales.
The girls have two grandfathers still with us but unfortunately they can visit very infrequently. We would so love for the girls to have regular contact with people from different generations. People to share a sticky bun with in Morrisons and who'll find our eldest entertaining rather than annoying. We have a lot to offer as a family in terms of friendship.
Do you think this is something that could work? Could anyone suggest where we could find such a person/persons.
I do understand the risk of meeting people online and would never put my children any danger.
