Terry Pratchett - so sad

I was saddened to hear tonight that Terry Pratchett had died. I watched a tv programme a while ago when he first discovered he had Altziemers.

He seems to have been a fantastic author and I always wanted to read his books, but never knew where to start.

Can anyone please suggest one of his books, probably the first of a series, which would be a good starting point. I feel I should be reading his books.

Best to read the books in chronological order, starting with "The Colour of Magic". Whilst each book stands alone, the characters make more sense if read in sequence.

The books are normally readily available on Ebay (may be more demand atm)
