You might find something lighthearted by Spike Milligan but off the top of my head I can only think of 'Sit up Straight Said Mum to Mabel'.

You might consider writing one yourself?

It can be surprising how the words just flow when you have something to say and it would be an really personal tribute. It doesn't have to rhyme either.

I did this once for someone very, very special and started

'Remember me for my smile.....' The rest can easily.
