My DS (who I moan about on here) phoned me on Thursday coming home from college to tell me he had found a dog roaming and what to do about it. I asked did it have a collar and he said no. I told him to bring it home and we would inquire about it to vets, RSPCA etc. He phoned me back a few minutes later when he said when he went to pick it up, it scampered off into a shop/warehouse nearby. He followed it and asked the people inside if the dog belonged to them. They said yes and thanked him for making sure she was safe. I was really proud of him and glad he has this side to him to help people.
A couple of years ago an elderly lady got a card stuck in the part of the ATM where receipts come out of. She said it was her neighbours card who she was shopping for. She was panicked and upset. The staff at ASDA did nothing. My son ran into the shop, bought some tweezers and took time to slowly get the card back out, which he did. Proud mum again.
