Apparently hmm

Ana Fri 02-May-14 12:36:42

Well, at least it's full-time and permanent...

thatbags Fri 02-May-14 12:38:47

grin

Charleygirl Fri 02-May-14 12:39:24

No benefits I assume.

Elegran Fri 02-May-14 12:56:21

It doesn't pay much, and the job satisfaction is nil.

What annoys is that is still assumes that there is only one parent who should be named, even when he is no longer alive. It is time that the traditional format of marriage certificates was brought up to date, particularly in these times of serial marriages of parents, or no marriage at all.

But at least you have a roof over your head grin

AlieOxon Fri 02-May-14 13:18:01

Zero hours contract, of course...

Anne58 Fri 02-May-14 13:43:09

The ultimate internship?

KatyK Fri 02-May-14 13:59:55

People would die for that occupation!

Good bonus every Spring! You help things to grow.

Bit of a dead-end job...

rosesarered Sat 03-May-14 09:48:22

A quiet disposition and very black humour are essential for this job.

annodomini Sat 03-May-14 10:31:03

Not much hope of promotion though.

Agus Sat 03-May-14 11:50:37

It's a dying trade...

Charleygirl Sat 03-May-14 13:08:39

Long holidays but nowhere to go

Icyalittle Sat 03-May-14 18:47:51

These are killing me.

thatbags Sat 03-May-14 19:04:53

The ultimate boss

MiniMouse Sat 03-May-14 20:01:01

Not a ghost of a chance of getting sacked

Mishap Sat 03-May-14 22:15:49

Anyone see Radio Times? - Billy Connolly is to do a series about death, looking into different practices around it. Apparently it is going to be full of humour (surprise, surprise). It seems that one funeral director had, amongst his accoutrements for preparing a corpse for viewing, a bottle of shampoo for "dull lifeless hair" - oh dear.

JoyBloggs Sun 04-May-14 07:35:46

A truly heavenly job... at last!

annodomini Sun 04-May-14 08:09:16

Or possibly the boss from hell?

Aka Sun 04-May-14 08:19:06

I don't think much of the promotion prospects, I mean how can you climb the corporate ladder when there's not going to be any movement at the top??

JoyBloggs Mon 05-May-14 08:49:08

No chance of making a living in this job...

MiniMouse Mon 05-May-14 10:29:07

Should have read the contract better. It said inter not intern!
