It's a lovely sunny start to the day here in North Leicestershire. A bit of gentle gardening today I think. DH and I still infected by the dreaded lurgy and DD3 still married to an idiot!

Good morning from a beautiful morning on the south coast. I suspect it may be chilly out there, have not ventured that far yet, but it is lovely sitting in the sun indoors. Other half safely home after his hernia repair, so I shall be doing a bit of pottering today. Enjoy your days everyone.

Beautiful bright day...which means get the hoses out. Too much wet, then too much dry!
(Oddly, my oldest friend, now in Queensland, is now complaining about the recent cyclone - having moaned about the drought for a long while - little damage in Cairns though)

....got my CAR back at 4pm with MOT. Whee!

Rather late in the day so not much of Tuesday left, but I just wanted to say that I heard the first cuckoo this afternoon. Made me happy
