Feeling frustrated,

I have just heard Tracey Thorn singing 'Night is my Friend' on radio 4s Pick of the Week and there doesn't seem to be any way to buy it or download it as a podcast.

Morning Ariadne. Thought there would be only me awake at this ridiculous hour. Can't sleep - after having a really bad cold last week the dreaded cough has returned. confused

Grannyactivist - Thanks I will listen to it.

If you want to hear the Tracey Thorn version there will be some days left to hear Pick of the Week on BBCi. it isn't very far into the programme.

My insomnia recipe is to download podcasts onto my ipod, the spoken word seems to send me to sleep, also have a speaker that goes under the pillow.

Actually went back to sleep, phone in hand! I usually have to give in and get up. Sorry that cough is back, ga, and I do hope you manage to get rid of it this time!

I was awake at five and enjoyed listening to tawny owls.
