Thinning hair

My hair has felt noticeably thin. I'm really scared of losing all my hair. Has anyone else been in this position and how you dealt with it.

Issy I'm sorry to hear this it's no fun is it? I've lost all my hair and it's devastating. I can't do links but if you search Gransnet there are several threads about thinning hair. Good luck.
