Remarkably Bright Creatures fim

I've recommended this film so many times, as I did the book. I didn't think my daughter would watch it when I said one of the main roles was taken by an octopus. But she did, and loved it too.

I did think the book leant itself to a sequel, but the film didn't, which is a pity.

I’m trying to avoid watching it as the book is the Bookclub’s choice for this month. Can’t watch till I’ve finished reading!

It was recommended on the GN Netflix Thread.

It is a gentle feel good movie.

Saw this but at 5.5, didn’t watch.
Will give it a go.

Agreed. It is a lovely film, and a bit different from the usual. It’s suitable for children, too, so if you’re looking after grandchildren on a rainy day it would be a perfect family watch.
