merlotgran that is what I could not understand. After Nathan was knocked out surely 999 could have been contacted then. I did not understand why everybody just stared at the burning building- a poor ending in my opinion.
Too many things not explained. Why on earth did Susan and Michael have their son adopted? And why did James think he'd inherit by killing his mother? Didn't like Sian telling Alex "This changes nothing " when he had just saved three lives, including hers!
There was so much I didn’t understand, it didn’t make sense. What absolute tosh. Still don’t know who was going to inherit what was left. It was one of those that you stick with to the end hoping it’ll get better and all will be explained. It didn’t and wasn’t!
The ending was too rushed. One minute the coroner is calling a halt on the whole thing and then, as if by magic, the detective has solved the whole thing when we didn’t even know what the whole thing was.
It made me remember that whenever I got fed up or frustrated with something DH would laugh and say, ‘Just set fire to it!’ 🤣🤣
