Did anyone listen to this on Radio 4 this afternoon. It was odd: I lived on this salt marsh for 20 years. It all sounded very romantic. When I lived there I knew it was special, but they made it sound even more so.
It was Tollesbury salt marsh, in Essex.

No, didn't hear this as we were out, was it a play?It does sound romantic, living on a salt marsh, and a bit eerie too ( The Woman In Black!)

Roses. Very spooky in the WI term when all the geese were wintering. The really did sound like a coven of witches laughing.
