I try to ignore Claudia, and Tess as well when they`re on together, jst like two silly schoolgirls.
Young Jay McGuiness was exceptional again tonight, I think he`ll go far in this show. My money`s on Iwen Thomas for first to leave.

He`s not good at taking criticism either.

The whole thing has got so boring. It's been done to death.

I agree and I also noticed that he was not great at taking criticism. I hope that Carol survives another week, she deserves it. I missed a couple of dances because I fell asleep.

Must admit I was surprised by Daniel OD, I thought he'd be hopeless, but he did very well all things considered!
Really not keen on Iwen though, hope he's first off.

I'd bet on Iwan being first off. He dances (if you can call it that) as if he had lead in his shoes! I hope Carol stays because I think she will improve and she's so popular that I suspect people will vote for her despite the judges' (well, CRH's) verdicts.

I loved Anton's Tango. It was great to see him able to show what a good dancer he is. He's not precious about it either. His sense of humour and personality are most endearing.

As we are suppose to support the celebs I hope Katy Durham goes to the final but in all honesty it's because I want Anton to get to the final

ninathenana I am on another message board where someone who is at the show lets us know the result after the results show is recorded. The result usually comes through about 10.30-11.00pm.

AnnieBach it's all about your favourite, so people vote for the celeb or pro or both. I vote for free online using my BBC account and my DH's, so that's 6 votes. Last night I spread them around amongst Ainsley, Jeremy, Katie, Jamelia and Helen (can't remember now who got 2 votes). It's just a bit of fun.

I loved Jay's dance - they did look so romantic as a couple and the way he looked at her - I remember looks like that ..sigh!!!

Please please get rid of the whole lot of the judges next year and let Anton be Head Judge.. as much as I loved his tango he is could do more on that show. Tess aaaargghhh!!! Love Claudia at least she makes it all a party and a laugh.

Several low hanging fruit there to go I think,,, the boxer, the athlete, the journalist and the weathergirl.

Helen is very good, .katie too, are the females better than the male celebs better this year ?

Aliona drives me mad sometimes. She's got a great celeb in Jay (lots of previous dance experience), yet she didn't choreograph a Waltz for him. It was a lovely contemporary routine danced in hold, but as Len said, Jay was dancing on the balls of his feet with no heel leads, so there's no rise and fall. She's an experienced Ballroom dancer, so she knows what's required, but instead she's choreographing audience pleasing stuff to get votes. She knows they're not going to be near the bottom of the leaderboard, so she gets away with it because her celeb has a huge fan base. That's what she did the year she won with Harry Judd - another good dancer. Grrr!

I think Iwan will go first too, but you never know! I loved Ainsley's dance.

I'm really not surprised Ewan is in the Dance Off, but Jameila? she is one of the middle ranking contestants, I thought her performance was good.

I know we're supposed to believe the voting thing but a good dancer is often in the dance off against a total duffer. They can knock 'em off one by one I suppose.

I thought Jamelia was pretty awful, she mainly just waggled her bottom.

Lovely to see Anton actually dancing this year instead of hauling any old celeb around. I did enjoy him with Anne Widdecombe, but I don't want to see a rerun every year. Who on earth put Claudia in that scarlet sack? And someone had messed her hair up, she just looked weird.

At last Anton has a decent partner and I hope he gets far but shame as there was worse Ewan who was the one to leave ... but the public are fickle ...what is new

I think he's one of the worst male celebs we've seen! I thought he'd be good, but he had no rhythm or sense of musicality - and thought he was much better than he actually was. I did feel a bit sorry for him tonight when he said to Ola he'd tried really hard but the judges didn't rate him (paraphrasing here). We've seen male celebs like him before who find it hard to accept criticism and get a bit delusional! Ola has known Iwan for years and had been encouraging him to do the show, but I doubt she knew what he'd be like. Even when they were doing their last dance after they were out, despite Ola saying no, he tried to lift her up, eventually succeeding. Half wit.

Going back to Anton, he is such a delight to watch isn't he? I was looking out for him in the 'group' dancing, the professionals, and he just simply glides across the floor, and seems to so enjoy the music sweeping through him. Lovely. Glad Iwan is off, a bit of an ego there, I think, almost came over as a bully. Carol still with us, good.

A very fair result. Iwan was going nowhere and wasn't showing a very attractive side of his personality - if there is one. Hard luck on Ola but I suspect she may be secretly relieved. If Jamelia is going to reveal so much of her behind in future, please could the costume designers give her a little more coverage? That thong was practically invisible.
