This is just a recent occurrence . Okay before Christmas. The points are shown accumulating on my e-receipts and on my Nectar app. However, the usual offer of looking and redeeming them has disappeared from the checkout procedure. My friend looked at her checkout and it was there but not mine. I rang them up and was told they had had some trouble with their web site. They could get in touch with Nectar to get them to take points off a particular order. I said I could wait for that but just wondered if it was only my account affected as this is being repeated over the last few orders.
