The other option is to contact Apple help - I googled that this week and I found the site easily - once I put out surname in it wrote the beginning of our home tel number! You fill in a couple of bits and they phone you immediately on the number you gave - they sorted our problem.

Please can any techygrans help with a problem I have had from this morning?
I have had the message, as follows:- ( see pic 1) it says,

Private Browsing Mode
For tabs in Private Browsing Mode, Safari won't remember the pages you visit, your search history or your Autofill information.

So, if I go away from Gransnet, I then have to log in again, and I can't find any pages I may have looked at. What have I done?
Also the bar at the top of the Gransnet page, has turned black, with white symbols, writing. See pic 2
Any help gratefully received.
