Access to email accounts I no longer need

The DGCs are leaving soon. They have accessed emails from their parents with their gmail accounts on my iPad . I want to get rid of their access when they leave but I don't want to delete their accounts . Their emails appear all the time. Can anyone help?

It sounds at if they omitted to sign out of their accounts? That would be the first thing to check.
